        Ive been a 4over customer going on 10yrs now. I don't know if they're just "too big" now but oh boy does their customer service suck. I needed a custom quote, which would have probably turned into a several thousand dollar recurring job for business cards. I asked on chat support on Friday 8/25 if they could do this print. They told me to email websitesupport@4over. Which I did. Finally got a reply back today, 3 days later. They sent me to a URL to fill out a custom quote. Fine. I them emailed them back because the quote didnt have my description included which was the "custom" part. They then asked me to get my quote number and email yet another team. Lol. Are you serious with this? Talk about a cluster. Needless to say they've lost this job and I won't be going back to them for anything "custom" as this clearly sends massive waves of "oh no what do we do?" Throughout the customer service department. Shame. Good biz for basic stuff but don't even try to do custom orders through them.
