I was in drive thru and ordered a drink that had to be redone after it was not made correctly. I ended up having to refund that second drink as well because it was clear they werent understanding what I was trying to get across to the employee taking my order. She was rude to me (passenger) and my brother (driver) and he even mentioned to me that she made several mean eye cues while assisting us. When she handed us drink #2, she didnt even look at us. She just handed the drink over and expected us to leave. Normally, anywhere I go (especially Starbucks) they usually ask if it tastes okay just in case, and they politely close the conversation. The drink was Venti strawberry aa, blended, strawberry pure (bottom of cup), strawberry inclusions added after its blended. A bit long, but I didnt expect it to be this difficult since Ive ordered this for years. Even if it was difficult, I didnt think the behavior was appropriate. I made sure I was polite throughout the entire interaction the best I could, which I was. The guy who refunded my order also let me know it was no problem for him and apologized for the inconvenience (which makes the difference considering wait time, leaving with no drink and a bunch of coins from the change of the 1st drink & the refund ), although it was not his fault.
