        HORRIBLE STARBUCKS. There was zero people at the store and they kept me waiting 15 minutes for a simple drink bc they were prioritizing drive through. What a stupid service. I asked for a refund and left. So angry.

        Asked for hot water only and they said no because its a safety issue. However whats the difference between me paying for hot water vs hot tea? Both have hot water as a base..also waited 14 mins in the car line. No reason the wait should be that long.
