The lady who took my order was polite. However they made a mistake on my drink nbd. But the batista was rude when I brought it to her attention and tried to make it seem like it was my fault. "Just so you know, this drink doesn't come like that but I'll go ahead and add that for you". I replied "I specifically asked to make it that way (add whip cream)" She then fixed it, rudely gave it to me and didn't say a single word. Like I was jerk for asking them to fix the mistake that they made. I stopped in at this location bc I was in the area but I probably won't be returning. I gave a $1 tip too, geez lol
