They mess up my order without saying sorry and they make me wait for another hour to make me another one. This is the worst star buck ever, never will be back here again.

The young lady working the drive-theu window was very kind!! I ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch frap with extra drizzle and there was no crunch I had already waited 20 minutes the ladies making the drinks had no care about anyones time and was so deep into each others conversation that they didnt care that drinks were piling up!! So disappointed!! I will go with my intuitions and stick to Dutch Bros

Made my drink wrong, and when I asked where was my caramel drizzle she poured into another cup and still made it wrong!!! Im so irritated, if I wasn't already late for work dure ro waiting 20min for 1 grande drink I would of made her remake it.

Please dont stop selling the pistachio latte! Must have it with a packet of salt blended in for just the right taste! Will miss this drink when it is not on the menu, may not ever go to another Starbucks again if it goes away, just saying!
