Randomly closed last couple times Ive tried to go and return something. Todays note on the door says closing at 6:30pm but its not even 5 and doors are closed and lights are off. Whats going on?

Desert Ridge store is not open when they are supposed to be @ 11am

They are usually open at 11 am they were late recently by a few minutes, and these older ladies outside were having a fit of it tried roping me in to being upset, but it happens as for the rest of my trip I came in for a pick up that went well I also brought in some old pants and they took $10 off the pair I bought very sweet staff and other than the one time I witnessed them opening late they are time efficient

My daughter needed jeans before heading back to NAU. Although, we barely made it before closing, Shainna provided us with extraordinary customer service! She guided us to the stores exact location, was super pleasant, and allowed us time to finish our shopping (even after closing time). A particular style that my daughter liked was not available, but Shainna provided us with 2 alternatives and we ended up purchasing both of her recommendations. She made us totally feel valued! Shainna is a great asset to AE! It is because of her that this is now my favorite AE store! I definitely will be back and highly recommend shopping at this Desert Ridge location! ~ Dr. Kodi ( :
