It was my first time purchasing anything from this place and we had a very bad experience. First of all, the two women that work the store are extremely rude. I really dont know how theyve manage to stay open this long with that kind of attitude. They will eventually help you, but will make sure to let you know theyre not very happy about it. Second. I had no idea that you ONLY get 3 days to make returns. I unfortunately called on the 3rd day for a return and was told I could ONLY get store credit. So I had no choice but to go in there and use the whole credit in one day because I didnt want to come back around that hostile environment. Thats what we get for trying to support a small mom & pops type of store!

Best location ever they were soooo helpful!!! Even let me double check what size my son whos sleeping in the vehicle!! Mom life they are sooo understanding!!!!

I came in the store last Saturday with several boxes of items, all toys sorted by type. I explained to the 2 gals at the counter my reason for so many toys. My mom passed away and we moved to Cooley Station to be close to my dad. I told them I needed the money as my grandson birthday was in a week and with the costs of moving we were not able to give him a party let alone a gift. My parents bought him most of the toys, he had just too many to play with and some he had outgrown. They took the boxes gave back boxes of items they don't buy, one was outdoor toys, one DVD movies suggested we come back in an in a while. I stopped back , about an hour. Asked if any items they would buy. Just said yes a few items. I came back in later I believe as they were closing soon. I waited there , didn't see any of my items on the shelf behind counter just a few by the register. I had originally asked if this location was family owned since I helped my dad in his family owned TV repair shop for 20 years . Moving on , I am aware you are a resale shop, and only take certain items, researched your method of pricing and what I might expect to receive. I should have taken the time to look in all the boxes returned to me I could trust the 2 gals at counter , they seemed so sincere. Boy was I fooled. When they offered me the 210.00 cash I thought that seemed fair since they said they did find some things they wanted. I could have the party , buy Ian a bday gift and keep some of the items my mom bought. When I got home I felt like I was robbed. Boxes had a few items spread out to make it look like they only bought some items, broken toys and action figures taken apart. I had brought in over 30+ full size power rangers action figures, box full of 1:24 scale metal cars, several midsized die-cast :ie DHL trucks, postal trucks, & cars. , box of books, games and unique puzzles( books were new early school grade level readers, complete set of dr suess learning books. Several 4" action figures : Fortnite w large newest vehicles Battlebus, Pickup truck, and Sport Car. DC comic 4" action figures , large and small Batman and Spiderman action figures, to name a few. The bottom line is the approx retail value of the nearly 200 items that your associates kept was about 1600.00. You don't need to give me the story of about being resale , I get it, but based on what I brought in that averages to about $1.00 per item to me and a huge profit for the store. I wasn't expecting a huge amount , but I did expect to be given a fair amount. Your associates assumed I was desperate and they took advantage. That trick they pulled with the returned boxes and not leaving all items they were purchasing, out on the counter, proved to me it was intentional. I am just not sure if the owner is aware. I Came to the store the next day (3/24) to speak to the owner , after I calculated what I should have been offered, ased on the formula resale shops use, and to ask her to make things right and pay me, which is an additional amount of $175.00. If she did not agree I will take my items and happily give back the 210.00. The young gal working Sunday took my number and assured I would get a call Monday. Not a word from anyone. Shame on you people.
