    I was hesitant to post this as it is a convenient store near me that I enjoyed shopping at but the last couple of times I had very negative interactions. The store is very well organized and has lots of new pieces that are fun which initially brought me back for a couple more visits however each time customer service has been a problem. I always give the benefit of the doubt, when it comes to the service industry as humans we are entitled to bad days and i too work in retail. The first interaction there was a new hire and she was very sweet but had double charged for some clothing pieces. I went back and there was a lovely black woman that helped my transaction and added my phone number to the system explaining I could earn points as she saw me in there often. The couple visits after that the there was a white lady up front was very dismissive and acted like helping me was an inconvenience. I tried to make small talk to which she was very quiet, again I gave the benefit of the doubt the first couple of times but soon realized this is a reoccurring attitude from her. I am in no way saying she needs to have a conversation but the attitude when trying to initiate conversation is saddening. There is no effort to engage and she constantly looks annoyed that you are even in her presence. The following visits I am having to remind her to put in my number because she just starts ringing and doesnt give me the time of day. When she reluctantly does she explains I had money off for a future purchase. It was frustrating as the times before I had come in and spent a lot of money my number was not accounted for to be able to get earn more points. Each interaction following revealed the same behavior. This is in no way trying to bash that lady however my experience with her has slowly declined my overall outlook of the store. Each visit and has been nothing short of negative. Overall Customer service absolutely needs to be improved. As a young black woman it is a given we are going to be treated differently than our white counterparts. I never expect positive treatment especially in retail but there is an expectation of politeness as the bare minimum. Or to be the least bit cordial. It really takes away from the store experience when there is an indifferent attitude towards customers. It felt discriminatory as she was very bubbly when helping other customers, and had no problem dropping what she was doing to help them however with me, it was an instant change in attitude when I did not give her a reason to treat me differently. I dont know her character and did not want to judge her off of one initial interaction, but this was a reoccurring thing. I truly hope that she is not discriminatory or rude towards anyone else in the future. Regardless all customers need to be treated with respect. This is my personal experience based only after multiple negative experiences and i hope this can be used as a learning experience that they improve as they are smaller business. Im leaving this message I am hoping you guys can please be kinder to your future patrons in the way you werent to me
