Wingstop

Food is great, poor customer service, wait time is ridiculous. When you order isn't says 16-21 minutes like it says. I waited 20 after the original time. Also the guy who works there, I didn't get his name but he is a bigger guy has no customer service what so ever, looks like he just hates life and the customers waiting on there food look miserable. I usually don't post anything so it has to be bad.

If you order online dont show up at the estimated time frame show up at least hour to hour half later or else youll be waiting. Be PREPARED to argue with the manager about missing ranches even tho you opened the bag in front of them they will insist they put it In the bag and try to charge you again. Wings had barely any sauce they be rationing it like its pre Covid again. Ridiculous dont even waste your time coming to this wing stop.

I placed a pick up order an hour in advance got my food and it was cold couldnt ask them to remake it because Im on my lunch break and its like 10 minutes from my job wont be coming back here
