I received 17, not 20 pieces, and the gravy was a disaster in a tied bag, that was underneath the 2 boxes of chicken when handed to me. Picture submitted
After a number of attempts to call, (nobody answered) I have decided I will drive back down there to make my disappointment known, request the missing 3 pieces of chicken and a new large gravy.
We'll see if service gets better or worse. I'll update this review.
