NEVER WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! I wish I could leave 0 stars. The owner Oscar ruined my 6 month old couch, refused to take accountability for it and then ghosted us The last time I spoke with the company on the phone said owner yelled over me and the entire time until he hung up and I still responded by text with the requested photos of couch. Waited to leave this review to see if he would reach out but that never happened. Service is AWFUL and the owner is a JOKE. Service: Upholstery cleaning

Our carpets look brand new again! This company did a great job and i will use them again. They were clean, through and courteous. They even brought a mop to clean away foot prints on the wood floors. Overall a good experience - My only issue was that they were 45 minutes late and didnt call/text to let us know which disrupted work meetings we had scheduled (this is a pet peeve of mine, but I also think its just good business to let ppl know when you are going to be late). (I wish I could do 4.5 stars bc thats what Id like to rate them but Google only allows for full star markings.) One last note: the lemon smell of the cleaner is a bit strong. Next time I will ask for unscented if possible, but this is on me, not on the company.
