I visited this location yesterday, 04/08/2024. Normally when I come to this location, I have a very pleasant experience. Unfortunately this was not the case as the attendant, a Caucasian male with a mullet for a hair cut, made it VERY unpleasant. I canceled my unlimited pass because of this individual. He was more into his cell phone than his job. When I let the other attendants know as a courtesy and went through the car wash a second time, he followed my car to the end, spitting on my car as it went. When it got to the end, he rudely asked if he sprayed my car good enough. I advised that was unnecessary and asked for the manager. When I explained the issue to the manager, the attendant then came and took pictures of my license plate advising he would find out where I lived. I provided him my address as I do not fear anyone. I cursed him out and advised the manager I would have my Brother come there to ensure the safety of myself and my child. I confronted him about taking the picture of my license plate, he lied and said he did not but my child and I witnessed him do so from the rearview mirror. I am going to take this to the newspaper and to a reporter. This was unacceptable.

This being new. I love the smoothness of the actual wash and the vacumms actually do what they are supposed to. At every other free vacumm car wash I have been to they DONT suck up anything but your energy and time so Im grateful for those workimg and the employees are much more friendlier than other places as well 5 stars for yall lets just please stay this way and DONT let the area drag yall down stay fresh and clean !!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! There is an attendant with a mullet who is VERY disrespectful. He took a picture of my license plate after I advised he was not doing his job. He threatened me advising he will find out where I live. That is a problem. He stalked me until the end of my wash, speaking to me in a harsh tone because HE was not doing his job. He is a liability because this location will lose business if he continues working here. I have plenty of Friends and followers. Such a shame because everyone else who works here is amazing. Drop your dead weight.
