Audio Express did a great job in minimal time! I'm very pleased so far. they exceeded my expectaions and I look forward to taking all of my vehicles here for stereo installation.

Picked up my truck today , as I was inspecting installation I noticed that where they tucked the amp under the the front passenger seat they tore the upholstery . I asked politely how we could fix the issue . The person that sold me the system told me that I tore the upholstery . I stated that the truck is brand new and had 380 miles on the truck and why would I tear my own truck up. He was firm on this .I then stated that I will be calling corporate as it was closing. I called the automated number and was told that the person would not be available until Tuesday and to call back then. Needless to say I will call back on Tuesday to try and resolve the issue . To be determined!

Probably some of the best in person Customer service I have received. Manny and his team were really helpful and knowledgeable! Thank you for my installation of my new car play system and backup camera. My car has an older stock radio, so purchasing one off of Amazon was a nice alternative. The install team did a great job hiding all the extra chords and cables for the back up camera as well.

Went in to get an amp for my truck to power a pair of p1 subs. I did some research and when I got there they reccomended a higher power amp by 400watts. And I am glad I got it. I have a work truck that puts out beautiful sound and when I feel like it will bump with the rest of sub lovers. Great job on customer service Id rec omens them to everyone
