Five stars! My truck hasn't looked this good inside and out since I picked it up from the dealer. Will definitely be going back when it's time for another detail.

I had the absolute worst experience with Magna. First off, the owner was incredibly pushy and rude, constantly trying to upsell me on things I didn't need. The office was filthy and reeked of weed, which is incredibly unprofessional. On top of that, the owner made disgusting racial remarks towards white people, creating a hostile environment. I was promised a $2,000 job, but ended up paying over $3,500! And to add insult to injury, when I took my car to the dealership afterwards, they discovered missing pieces that weren't missing before Magna got their hands on it. Avoid this place like the plague!

These guys did an outstanding job wrapping my Blackwing. The whole staff is super attentive to detail and very communicative. Tre, Harold, the owner Mo, and all the staff treated my project with great care and helped me execute my vision. I wound up getting two layers of PPF (black bronze under, satin/stealth on top), chrome delete, powdercoated wheels, ceramic. Thrilled with how it turned out. It took about a month for everything (over the holidays) but they hooked me up with some pretty sick loaners. Definitely recommend these guys!

I got my civic freshly painted with new clear coat. There was some overspray so I brought it to magna to see if I could have it buffed out. (I also got it tinted with magna) Harold said he will take care of it and I went with the 4 step paint correction with ceramic coating. Bruh the entire car was scratched with swirls. It was brand new clear coat. This is not even supposed to happen under a 4 step paint correction. To make it worse, the detailer put the ceramic coating on top of it even though it was all scratched up. Lol I came back 2 days later, Harold got super defensive. He first asked me if I took it to a car wash. Why would I take it to a car wash if I paid $ to have it coated? Then he asked me why I didn't notice the scratches when I received the car. Well it's because I'm not going to question your boss's competency by checking for swirls in his parking lot. Instead of an apology, Harold told me it was a cheap paint job anyways. Lol. Jesus Christ. Then he got super sassy and said he gave me a discount on the coating. Bruh, the service isn't worth anything if the clear coat is going to look like it went through a Chevron car wash 5000 times. Lastly, Harold asked me what I want. How exhausting. He might've been defensive that day because he thought I wanted some kind of compensation or refund. Lol. I just wanted to see if the clear coat can be fixed. I wasn't going to post this review because i hoped the owner, Harold, and the rest of the team fixed the issues in their work flow. It seems like they did not from Ao's review below. I'll delete this review once Ao's issues are resolved. 1 star for Harold 1 star for the swirls 5 stars for the coating 5 stars for fixing the overspray 5 stars for the tint
