Buyer beware! (Bate and switch tactics) My daughter just bought a used vehicle from this location. We ended up spending 6 hours with her while the paper work was being filed and completed. My daughter, Brianna, wanted to return the car because she didn't like the financing. The financing manager couldn't get the rate he had promised and had her resign at a much higher rate 4 days later. We called and left a message with several employees. I feel they purposely ignored our messages so that we could not return the car, as you only have 5 days. We even would have been okay with trading the car in the 7 day period, but still no one returned our calls. Still have not heard from one person from that dealership. I will definitely be spreading the word to avoid AutoNation dealerships. UPDATE They removed their generic response below and never contacted us.

Absolutely enjoy the service department here. I have not had to experience going through a sale yet at this location. Nicholas our service advisor was very kind, and delivered in the promised eta for service completion and even took the time to get to know me and my wife and provide us with some good local food spots! It didnt feel like a rushed environment. I trust them with all of my jeeps maintenance and will continue to make the 45 min drive here for service even though there are plenty of other auto nations a couple of miles from me. Cheers! Just updating my current review ! I will always take my jeep here as long as I am in AZ. The service advisors and techs are very professional, accommodating and understand truly what it means to deliver not just a oil change and tire rotation and other services on vehicles but perhaps the most important thing that a lot of places miss and that is delivering the experience! My most recent visit with my service advisor not only took the time to go over the services with My vehicle that would be performed that day but took time to converse for a little and he kept me updated throughout the entire process. I was in and out in about an hour maybe .. I felt that I was not just another number or $ sign. For this again I plan to always take my vehicle here as long as I am in AZ. I forgot to mention I even got a call back a few days later just to follow up on the services. Delivering the customer experience if I had to sum up in a few words This location. Best
