You need to fix my bass speaker in the door of my car that I brought in UNDER warranty and you didnt fix, but told me to bring it in again if it still was broken. It is still broken but now you wont fix it because it is out of warranty. Horrible reviews coming later today. You might do a goodwill repair, but even that seems unlikely. Done doing business with you. I have brought this car in 4 times to get the speaker fixed. You now say you addressed the speaker according to some number R0126528. I don't know what that number is, but you did absolutely nothing to fix my speaker. Stop lying to the public about what you pretend you did with my car. You did nothing about the speaker. You couldn't find the issue at the time I brought it in. I am sorry your people didn't bother to investigate the issue long enough to find it. When I played the audio file to the service rep a month ago, he immediately said, "Oh, you have a blown speaker". Well, I already knew that. I still have a blown speaker, and have since the day I bought the car from Scottsdale Ferrari. You people suck. I just attached a photo of the work you say you did, which didn't fix the issue. The exact same rattle still happens. Your "repair" didn't work, and even though your people said to bring it back in if it still rattles, you apparently won't honor that.

Always have a great experience at Ferrari! David Mase is fantastic and cares about his customers! Make sure when you go to purchase a vehicle you ask for David! He also has great taste and ideas when it comes time to design!
