I have been using this service for about 12 years. They are always professional, and always answer the phone. I have never been disappointed by ReceptionHQ, USA. I initially tried other services, but I was too often appalled by the way the workers answered the phone, when I called my own number, to test how the receptionists handled an incoming call. Some companies actually had lapses in service, in which the incoming call was not answered by anyone.

Angelique in sales/customer service is amazing. She is always very patient with me. She will make time and get on the phone with you, discuss options and what can best suite your company's needs. She helped customize a phone answering plan. She is very quick to respond to emails. Overall amazing
