I was referred to POP by a friend. Barbara the Owner of POP is very kind and professional. She new this was going to be difficult for me since the things I had to go through were from my grandparents and parents that had passed. She brought all the supplies to make the process as smooth as possible. We finished it all in 4hrs and I felt so accomplished and relieved afterwards. She exceeded my expectation of the whole process. I am truly grateful for her compassion, attention to detail and hard work.
