I bought a shirt online and had it delivered to the boutique...first time shopping at Francescas and visiting the boutique...the girl working was so rude ...she couldn't find my package and said "I don't know where you got an email from" then started mumbling who knows what...by the way , she was rude since the beginning. I acknowledged her and she didn't even reply..

I came in because I had a feeling my boyfriend was going to propose and I needed an outfit. The two young women in the store were amazing, they helped me piece together the perfect outfit. I felt so beautiful when I said yes. They helped make my day so special. I look forward to continuing to shop at this location!
