Products over priced. Owner is very pushy she tries to convince you that other stores have water down products. Doesn't honor stylist discount. Products expired. Very dusty and clutter. She will tell you one price type in a higher price in the register and the register tax you again. She can only be in business due to being the only beauty supply with a couple miles. I'll take my chance and just travel to Grand Mart!!

What a joke! Is all I can say. Cant say Im surprised because hey ..(Ill just leave it at that) but coming from Los Angeles California and would definitely NOT RECOMMEND if youre looking for a hair store . As I was walking towards the front door theres a lady and a guy just sitting down . I spoke and then noticed the lady coming behind me. Thought she was a customer but Im guesssing shes the owner. And must I say.. I have NEVER Been inside a hair store where I felt so uncomfortable. The level of rudeness and just watching over me . Then another lady walked in and she was just yelling at her aht dont open thattt!!!Just pure ghetto. She worst than the Chinese & yte ppl. Like geez lady do they teach these people when they come to this country GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS? She was annoying . Rude and to be honest.. if it wasnt so late and I needed my hair product I would have walked CLEAN OUT. They say shop black owned . Well honey Ill go elsewhere next time . And thats the polite way of me not saying what I want to say. People Save the trip.
