Got a walk-in shower for my grandparents who have had the same original bath since they purchased their home back in 1987. The installers were professional and the work was beautiful, what a change and for the best. My sister and I loved their bath so much we decided to upgrade ours which is getting put in next week.

Not happy with a tub. The jet tub installed looks like it has dirt ring around it. The floor of the tub is squishy. Not installed properly. Second bathroom looks like there is rust spots forming under the shower door rail. After less than 1 month.

We signed the contract to remodel the master shower April 29, 2021 after meeting with the salesman who responded to my email requesting a consultation. After very little contact from the company, I reached out to the salesman at the end of July. Not one little bit of work done to date. I had to get angry before someone started the work on Aug 16. Almost four months from signing. The work, according to the contractors secretary (who was rude on every level and threatened a lien against us, mind you we had already made two payments on work without any work started much less completed) said it takes two days to finish. 10 days later it was finished. Minus the glass which had to be ordered and was installed 3 weeks later. On Sept 17 the bathroom remodel was completed 16+ weeks later. That is not the end of the story. The shower floor stands in two inches of water after every shower. Drain works great. I signed off on that. But, water does not get to the drain. The salesman worked with us very kindly and graciously. But the rest of the contact with Bath Logic has been awful. I do not recommend using Bath Logic. Service: Remodelling
