Applebee's Grill + Bar

I can't rate the food as my friend and I left before trying it. As far as it goes I would give zero stars if I could, we've both been in the industry so we understand wait times and other stuff that goes on inside a restaurant. Starting off we had to wait about 5-10ish minutes just trying to get someone to come start the seating process, we were stared at by about 2-3 servers, the manager, and the host. After that we had to wait about 5-10 minutes to actually be seated, once we were seated we thought it would get better boy were we wrong. Several people passed by us with no greeting, no drink orders taken for about 10-15 minutes. That's when we left because we were hungry and tired of being ignored.

We didn't stick around to try the food as we waited at the door and were ignored not even a head nod for about 5-10 min until the host finally bothered to come up and ask how many. After that we were told it would be a little bit of a wait as they were waiting for servers to clock in and tables to be cleaned. The restaurant was mostly empty but Fine we have worked in the industry we get it, we waited patiently. After being sat we waited for about 10 or so mins before leaving. About 5 different servers and the manager ran food and greated other tables around us. The table that was sat after was greated and at least acknowledged in this time. Ultimately we decided to leave and as we were quite hungry were tired of being ignored. Would not go back.

Walked in and music was blaring and obnoxious group at bar were being loud. Asked the host and waitress to please turn down music a little and they claimed manager was going to talk to the group. Never did! Took the food to go because it was so bad and fries were stale and salad was extremely small. Worst experience ever!!

Everything was a upcharge, .50 cents for a small cup of ranch and then extra for tomatoes and onion, rediculous
