El Zafiro Banquet Hall

Went to a Quince here. The decor and hall itself is decent. Alot of drywall damage and old paint on walls, but they do try to fancy the place up with the beautiful chandeliers. The party started off a bit weird. The hall host don't talk to the guest or anything so until they are ready to start serving your guests food , everyone is just looking around at each other. Then when the 15nera was doing her dance, the dj clearly didn't know what to do. Played the wrong song then had to restart the correct song. I thought it was such a botched moment like I would have demanded a huge discount at that point. Then they didn't have plates for the cake..smh..don't even let me get started on the wait staff . One women with like orange hair was so rude. She was staring the guests up and down and many were speaking about this throughout the night. Just unprofessional like this is your job , your a waitress at a banquet hall you should be catering to each guest tryna work those tips. I guess not tho lol overall I would def NOT recommend this venue . Barely gets the 3 stars solely for the decor of the night. I have a 15 coming up, most likely will pick a venue on my side of town after researching. I will update you guys, then. Thank for reading :)
