Bays Complete Auto Repair

Sebastian, you sir are a liar. You told me you guys can not figure it out and you didn't mention PCM till 6 throttle bodies later, you should have told me that in the beginning. I took it to you guys 4 different times before I took it to another mechanic, so don't lie. I also had other work done from you guys and had to keep coming back to get it fix correctly. Sebastian I'm not trying to ruin your name just stating the facts, but I think you are doing a good job on making a bad name for yourself. Like I said, do not waste your time or money on this AutoShop.

My wife and I have always taken our vehicle to the dealer for repairs, but were referred to Bays Auto and gave it a shot. We are sure pleased we did! Amazing customer service, all work done with quality and attention to detail, and our car was returned to us the very next day. We would highly recommend Bays Auto to anyone seeking quality auto service along with a super pleasant experience!

It was the worst possible time for my car to decide to display the dreaded "check engine light" and for the information cluster on my dashboard to read "engine inspection required"! I was merging onto the 101 into fast moving traffic when my accelerator decided it wasn't going to cooperate and my engine nearly stalled. I feared the worst and wondered how much this was going to cost me, or even worse, was this the end of my 2015 Mazda with 280K miles on the odometer. I was able to limp my vehicle into Bays Complete Auto Care around 10am on Friday morning to find out where I stood. Patrick hooked my vehicle up to the computer to determine what was causing the issue and quickly determined it was only a fuel pump issue. He immediately sourced the correct part for my vehicle and said it would arrive later in the afternoon but wasnt sure if they could get to it by the end of the day. Much to my surprise I received a phone call from Sebastian around 4pm the same day, informing me that my vehicle was finished and was ready to be picked up. Made my way back over there and the cost for the repair was exactly what they had quoted me earlier in the day, not a penny more! My car is running fantastically now due to the quick and professional work these guys do! Its so hard to find an honest mechanic these days but Patrick and Sebastian are the cream of the crop! I wouldnt hesitate to recommend their shop to anyone! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!
