      Hi Monica, We appreciate all reviews as it gets our name out there. In regard to the issue you are speaking of, you came in about a "popping noise." We looked at your vehicle free of charge and told you that we could not find what was causing the "popping noise." We did tell you that your rear axle seal was leaking badly, and that we highly advised you not to continue to drive it and set an appointment on our earliest available date, which was today. The issue of you ending up on the side of the road, stranded, does concern us. We would gladly tell you why this happened for free if you would like to schedule an appointment, since you did not make it to your appointment today.Happy motoring - Camelback Automotive
