I am completely amazed on how I came to know about Smokys Auto Repair. One day my suv just shut down while driving to work. After being towed to the closest mechanic shop and being charged over $100.00 dianogistic fee and being told by the mechanic that i went to that my sun's issues weren't worth fixing and to scrap my suv and get a new one. I was completely destroyed and stressed how was I going to afford a new suv and still be able to pay my mortgage for my house. When I was on the furge of giving up and just buying a bus pass I came across a gentleman that was very helpful and recommended Smokys Auto Repair he also informed me that if the mechanic wouldn't charge me a fee for the diagnosis if he could find the problem before 15 min. Being hesitant about even having to deal with the disappointment of hearing from another mechanic and paying a hefty diagnostic fee again and being told my suv wasn't worth fixing would of destroyed me. I love my suv and my children do too. I took my last breath of faith and called and they were enthusiastic about helping me get me suv back on the road. Within a short time period I received the call that was either going to change my life possibly forever. In which it did. Finding out that it was a small part that needed replaced and wasn't going to cost me every dime I had in the bank I was so happy that my suv was going to be back on the road in a couple short hours.
