To set the record straight, you called me out to diagnose your vehicle. When I got to your car, you had explained that your car had overheated really badly when I took off the radiator cap. I could see that the car had definitely gotten very hot because the plastic top to the radiator had literally melted off. I showed it to you. You could also smell a verry heavy burnt smell .Then I went to start your car to see if there was any compression left in the engine when I turned the engine over. Not only did the engine not have compression it barely even cranked. You said it was the battery so i hooked up my cables and showed you. The fact that I have specialized in head gasket repair for over 20 years. Immediately knew that you had a blown head gasket. You refuse to accept the fact that you had a blown head gasket. And argued with me for over a 1/2 an hour, calling people on the phone trying to get them on your side until I finally had had enough and told you that I was taking your keys and leaving unless you paid me the $100 diagnostic, you still took another half an hour before I left, I told you if. You had another diagnostic from somewhere else? That stated anything different than what I had quoted. We would happily refund you your money. You played games with me. You paid me to come. Give you advice and then when I gave you the advice, you completely ignored it and told me I was wrong.This is type of situation seems to happen more and more often it seems like we may have to get payment before coming out to any client. Ruining it for others. --matt

It was my day off and my son was with me so it was a perfect opportunity for my son to see that service in the community is important when the resources are avaliable. I love when there's a problem that there is always another alternative, we just have to get creative. 65.00 for a starter is amazing especially 2 weeks after Christmas 🎄.
