Never did any work with them and I guess I never will. They don't call you back they don't respond, they don't answer their phone, what the hell!

Casey does quality work, is very knowledgeable, and takes time to explain your options when considering upgrades. His pricing was fair, and didn't nickle and dime you over little stuff. I ended up adding some upgrades, but didn't feel pressured into any of the extra items. He found additional maintenance items to address such as hub and wheel bearings, a drag link I had installed backwards, and the big one was I let water get into the diff causing damage. We worked out a plan for regearing, ARB air-locker for the rear, and onboard air pump. He did a nice job installing the switch panel, and connected my extra lights to it so looks a lot better than the random switches i had mounted to the dash. His welding of axle trusses looks great, and I like my Jeep even more since its visit to Cutting Edge. Just be patient and don't worry if no one picks up the phone every time you call and voicemailbox is full, because Casey will call you back or pick up eventually. He's just a one mechanic shop, so realize too if you add work onto the visit once your Jeep is in the shop, then it's going to take a few more days, or you may need to schedule it for a separate visit, because he is busy and has a couple weeks work on the schedule. It's way different than visiting a dealership for service, but I trust his work, and don't mind if it takes a little patience when getting work done. That's why I'm giving 5 stars.
