During the last rain storm my windshield wipers took a crap while driving I stopped at this location, and I will say the person who I assumed to be the manager was quite rude not just to me but to all the people he was speaking with. Im not educated in the slightest with cars so I had no idea which wipers to pick he just told me numbers after looking up my vehicle and I was still lost. He then seemed irritated to have to show me which products to purchase. Along with that he was helping some Spanish speaking customers but talking to them in a tone like he was talking to them like they were stupid or something it was extremely offensive to me and I dont even speak Spanish. The younger gentleman who checked me out was very pleasant and helped me put my wipers on but the man in red had attitude with all the customers who were there at that time not cool

Seems this auto zone was the only place in the whole north part of the valley that had a memory keeper needed to change a battery in my mercedes! Thank you Auto Zone!
