        The staff is prompt and knowledgable, had no problems locating the parts we needed...which all came in earlier than expected if they weren't in stock already. Prices are competitive and location is very convenient.

        Do not buy Advance Auto's Die Hard batteries. These are not the same quality as they were when Sears owned that trademark. My first one died after 1 year. They replaced it under warranty and the replacement lasted 10 months. This time they wouldn't cover it because the warranty is only good on the first one purchased. Garbage product, garbage company.

        These guys are awesome! I've dealt with Aaron and Hector and these guys are always on point and so helpful. I recommend calling them if you have an issue with your vehicle before automatically going to auto repair shop. They will inform you on the best ways to do things that are cost effective to get your vehicle running safely and back on the road. Cheers!

        Steve was great let's start there. Now JC, was a rude prick. Went in for a commercial account pickup, he said he was more worried about what was important to HIS store. he wasn't even the one helping me, Steve was, so why he said anything was just unnecessary and not helping the situation. Just because it was ordered from another advance Auto location. Very unprofessional and just reminded me why I go to Roy on Thomas rd. Instead.. as a service manager it leaves us not wanting to do business with that specific location ever.
