Signed up with them and the agent got us insurance. They did not do their do diligence in finding a company that would cover our operations. So after a month the insurance was canceled because our operation was out of scope. Fallowed up with them several times after to get new quotes and they would never respond.

I love Daniels Nicolson! I was referred to them by a family member because of the great experience they had, and I would refer them to anyone else. Instead of "corporation-ing" me, my agent at Daniels Nicolson answers the phone by asking "How can I make this the best phone call of your day?" It doesn't just stop at a question, but the helpful and personable demeanor of everyone there that I've spoken to has made every experience I've had with DNIA a breeze, something I wouldn't consider normal when talking insurance.
