        They are the worst, better not have an accident if you use are insured by them. Ask anyone you know. Ask insurance commission how many complaints they have.

        One thing about Fred Loya Insurance is a place where they got good deals good prices and they got good service when you go to their businesses that they got all around Phoenix I highly recommend it they got very low prices and good deals if you're in the area look it up in Phoenix it's a very known insurance and they will take care of you again look it up if you have any questions I'll write back thank you for your time

        Insurance sucks somebody did a false claim on us they dropped our insurance for what? They had no answers for me I was just don't ever go in there they're rude people customer service is rude I want nothing to do with them ever again
