        These guys make amazing stereo speakers and audio equipment of all different kinds. I definitely recommend their products and have a few myself. This location is not a retail store though so you can't walk in and order or browse products here.

        We purchased an item from their website on a Thursday at 1:14pm, paid 41.00 for "priority overnight FEDEX" service and didn't receive the package until Monday at 9:47am. NEVER again will I purchase from this company because they don't include the details of your shipping but when you call them they ask right away "what time did you place the order"? Was it after 12:00 noon on a Friday? Me: Nope it was Thursday at 1:14pm. I am put on hold for a few minutes to come back and say it says "in small print at the very bottom of their website - terms" - click on that and they are allowed 1-2 day processing which they took advantage of. This is not the way we conduct our business! NEVER again will they get my business. BTW... they are in Phoenix and we live in Glendale, so there was no reason for this to happen. Totally avoidable by either stating it on their website "their cut off time is 12:00 noon". THEN SAY IT ON YOUR WEBSITE - GEEZ how hard is it to be ethical and transparent??
