If I were to have spent the money he wanted he would have took my case, but since my case wasn't going to net him enough profit he took the legal route out by saying he was too busy. SOMETIMES ITS better to be honest then to come up with bs... if your advertising on Yelp you should know that your going to receive a higher volume of calls so why don't you put a message on ur yelp saying too busy right now so people like me who are looking for legal help wont waste their time writing a review about how bad he felt being told I'm too busy for your case bye.. I had 6 other lawyers say the same "I'm too busy bs. But at least they were honest and referred me to another lawyer they knew.. You were the only asshole who just said I'm too busy bye.

If you are in need of an estate lawyer, I highly recommend you speak w/Heath Hirschi. I live in NYC, but my 80-yr old parents live in PHX. And they needed to update a very old Trust and so we met w/ Heath and he was very generous with his time in our initial consultation. My parents waited to take action, but a year later when we did create the new Trust, Wills, POAs, etc. Heath was very knowledgable and took the time to educate me & my parents on all aspects of it. He is also very patient and respectful with older people (I could learn from him!). It is hard when you live 2500 miles away from your 84 & 83 year old parents, but Heath has helped provide comfort and clarity to me as a novice in the estate planning world. Thank you Heath.

I highly recommend Hirschi Law for anyone who needs any kind of legal help. There are a lot of legal firms out there, and I'm very glad I found this one. My issue was going to cost $2500-3000 or more, but Hirschi Law's expertise probably saved me a couple of thousand dollars! So I was well pleased. I liked Heath's no muss, no fuss approach. He handled the process very quickly, leading to quick results. And he had to accomplish everything long distance - I am many states away! Despite that distance, I plan on continuing to use Heath for my legal needs.

I was referred to Hirschi Law Group by my brother, initially with regards with legal help regarding my condo. I went back for initial estate planning information, but for the most part, I've continued to work with Heath as my tax preparer. It is such a load off my shoulders to have him prepare my taxes because he makes sure to find as many deductions as he can for me that I may miss doing them myself. Meeting yearly, it's like meeting with a trusted old friend that always has your back, despite how long it's been since last we met. In the between times, If I have questions, he always answers my emails swiftly. Since I don't live close to his office, if things can be done electronically/over email/via mail, Heath will prepare the documents in the most convenient way possible. He is personable and knowledgeable, and when explaining things, makes things clear and easy to understand. In his line of work, that is a must and he has it in spades. Over the years, his business has grown, but up till now, I still feel that small business comfort. I hope to continue working with Heath for many years to come.
