Bank of America ATM (Drive-thru)

I withdraw money from their out of the ATM, and they charge me a non-ATM fee!!!! be careful using the ATM in the drive-through. I'm a customer with BOA for 7 years and they rip me off.

I will never bank with Bank of America again! This branch has messed it of for all the others. They took my money off my card with the ATM and never gave it back. I closed both my personal and business account with them. I will not work with a bank that doesnt care about their customers. The manager Francisco was extremely rude, he literally threw my ID at me after closing my accounts with them. He also threatened to call the police on me to say I was trespassing because I didnt have an account with them anymore. Wow that kind of customer service is ridiculous! I will not recommend banking with them! I filed a complaint and that is what got them so angry with me! I was inconvenience for their ATM issue. He also told me he would put an Out Of Order Sign on the ATM and that never happened! He also stated closing my account wont hurt him! Please save your time and bank somewhere where your valued as an customer!
