Absolutely discriminatory group. As a state broker I'm penalized for not joining their union in a non union state?

I would think twice before joining this association. Not only was I double-charged for my dues; when I contacted them to refund me, I was given multiple excuses. Things happen -- I get it! However, having to be told to provide great customer service and return the over payment expeditiously should not be necessary. The final excuse was their priority is collecting the money from members who have failed to pay as oppose to returning the funds to someone who was over charged due to a glitch in their system. It has been six days and I still have not been contacted to confirm a return of payment. In my opinion, Elizabeth and Sylvia are lacking the skils necessary to resolve this conflict and it makes me wonder what is the purpose of being a member.

I switched over my membership from Scottsdale to Phoenix awhile back. I have recently been meeting at this office to do work and to mentor new agents. The staff is great! The office is beautiful! They always have drinks and snacks. I feel like my money is well spent here.
