Arizona Desert Falls

Beware!!! A bunch of weirdos work here.... Do NOT send your loved ones here, dirty, Food is slop, clothes and personal property gets stolen, Staff is extremely suspicious. Cameras don't work, soiled bedding, when you pop up unexpected (During normal biz hours) staff gets defensive and act as if I was bothering them, I can continue but running out of space... RUN!!!! AWAY!!!! OR you will regret it!

My cousin is living here and has nothing but good things to say about the food, staff and director. I am so happy she is somewhere she is happy and safe because I live all the way in Tennessee so I cant physically care for or check on her.

AZDF sets the bar very high when it comes assisted living. The care is amazing and the residents are a joy to be around. The owners are outstanding and enjoyable to be around. They make coming to work a want! I love walking through the door and interacting with everyone! The staff is great and the manager is amazing! Thank you AZDF for being as caring as you all are. Things have changed in the world when it comes to patient care. The owners go above and beyond to show appreciation to their staff. This makes us want to be employed here.

I love here at desert falls. I think the staff and the food are great. This is a top class operation. I would defently recommend this place

My sister-in-law has lived at AZDF for almost 4 years. With the ups and downs of Covid she is healthy and safe. The staff tries to keep the residents somewhat busy with activities throughout the week. There is a very qualified nurse who is there a few times a week and is available for emergencies. The management is very responsive to communication and we appreciate everything they do for her.
