Do not work here if you dont like working by yourself, they put you on floors where obviously there needs to be a caregiver and Medtech but only a Medtech is there Doing Medtech and caregiving. The ratio is horrible ! And they give you 2 Person assist to do yourself . I dont recommend this place at all or your back will break lots of rules get broken there and they dont care about you . No team work at all

Mother has been here for almost 6 months absolutely it, happy with the constant medical care and willingness to help with other daily living. If I can't reach Mom by phone they are quick to relay messages. She loves the food, daily activities on and off site. They are given a monthly calendar for different activities. She can go to the salon onsight for a discounted price. She always happy and loves her little nest. I make a point to keep in touch with staff on my own once or every other month for changes and updates most homes are short staffed from my experience I believe that's normal. Keeping intouch with the casemanagers does make a difference keeping everyone on the same page

The facility should enhance their communication with family members. Despite my mother's hospitalization and intubation for a week, our family was never informed. It was only after extensively searching through my mother's records that the hospital contacted me personally. Additionally, after being promised a key fob within a few days, I had to wait for two weeks. Despite my request for an explanation, they refused to provide one and were unable to connect me with a supervisor. Consequently, I had no choice but to file a complaint with corporate. I noticed several complaints on here about Erica...I 100% agree that she is not right for this position.
