If you have a dream house, Tyler Kuenzi and designtank have the vision and innovation to bring it to life! I bought a residential property in 2021 to build my dream house and needed an exceptional team to create it. After interviewing several of the valley's most reknowned firms, I was most impressed with Tyler and designtank. I decided to hire Tyler and designtank because I've seen other work they've done and had spoken to other clients, and Tyler goes above and beyond any other architect I've ever worked with, residential or commercial. Since I have difficulty conceptualizing anything that's not in front of me, it's hard for me to use my imagination to "see" what doesn't actually exist. He takes time to understand your vision, to learn your wants, needs, likes, and dislikes, and then he presents his concept of your home. Not only do you get a floorplan (which for me is very hard to work with and perceive), he creates renderings and videos of the concept that are unparalleled in their detail and accuracy. Whatever software they're using is unlike anything I've seen before, and is truly magnificent. They listened to my feedback and edits, and came up with something that is so innovative and modern that it was love at first sight! It's been a true pleasure to work with designtank and I would recommend them again and again. I had such a fantastic experience with them designing my house that I encouraged three of my business partners that we need to hire designtank to build our next commercial space. And we did! That project is currently underway and is looking just as spectacular as my home. All four partners are thrilled with the design. I can't say enough about Tyler and his team and their professionalism. Whether your project is residential, commercial, or a combination, this firm has the resources to truly WOW you and help make your dreams come true! I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
