    Its worth to drop by if youre looking for appliances, but be prepared for an unpleasant experience Its true,all the computer and related items are locked in cages but its not different from many other computer stores BEWARE: Look closely at what you are buying, as items are sold As is such as parts missing or standard equipment not included!! Additionally, take several pictures and document your purchased items very well as its very likely that appliances may have additional dents and other defects upon delivery. Keep in mind that once your purchased items are delivered, if NOT satisfied with your dented or damaged product, they will offer to pick up and refund your money BUT not the paid delivery fees ($100 presently) . Also, they may offer to replace with similar product but you will be charged delivery fee again. In my case, as occurred with my fridge, l was offered merely $65 to settle for the dents found when delivery took place. The justification given by EDWIN (some sort of manager)was that they dont cover for damages on open box items. In short, BUY AT YOUR OWN RlSK!!! In my opinion, they will not try to help much over the phone! ALSO, if you call to their customer service in Spanish , theyll will not be willing to cooperate with you (clear discriminatory treatment)!! I am very disappointed with my purchase experience at this location!!!
