WORST customer service Iv experienced. Service guy told us after check up of washer the part would be in within 5 days maybe sooner. We tried contacting them 5 days later and now 12 days later no part, we were NEVER contacted back after leaving messages. We call again, The Boss said there is a hold on their account and would get back to us, NEVER DID. We call again, Parts department spoke with the boss and said they would email GE, said theres a hold on their account because something wasn't paid on their end but all should be good now. Call again, spoke with a different employee, he said he would have the manager contact me the next day between 12-3, NEVER TOLD HER. I call again at 1, Im told she's out to lunch for an hour and a half! Asked for a call back from the manager, and actually got one, Josilin or J was polite but told me there was a hold on their account because they had too many parts ordered and our part is now processing from GE with no timeline of delivery. Why didnt the parts guy that emailed them contact us because now the part is processing? Proceeded to say I could contact GE to try and get my tracking number because they don't know when the part will be in, So now Im fixing the issue? Was told The parts department "doesn't work" with the service department, also some of the assistants that answer calls work remotely and have no manager or customer service supervisor, the Boss didn't relay any info to anyone. Was told by many employees including the Boss that they would contact me back once they figure out the issue, THEY NEVER CONTACTED US. We initiated the contact every time but the very last! Another company can have the part ordered same day as check up. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
