This a new build so I will say its beautiful as for look. We pay extra for a solo back yard but cant enjoy it because of out of control weeds which is now bushes. Pigeon problem which causes bird droppings everywhere. And yes bugs. The office staff is very pleasant and do try to accommodate, but in all honesty getting stuff done seems to be not important. Nevertheless, I pray things change for the better.

As a newer complex they might not have a ton of reviews, but I personally feel like they deserve 2 minutes of my time to leave one. The staff always prioritizes the residents with the upmost respect. Appearance of the property and how fast they complete my work orders has been 2nd to none. Gilbert the maintenance worker is very handy and Merissa in the office has shown to be very knowledgeable and resourceful. Recommended this place to a few friends and family.

I recommend you to read the contract closely as they do not explain every extra cost they put towards the rent. We pay every month different fees. Internet is very slow even tho the signs says high speed internet. We pay pest control monthly and we have spiders and bugs all the time that I even wake up with bites even tho we clean.

*BEWARE* If you think "this property looks amazing, the rent isn't crazy high, and they still have a good amount of units left... it's almost too good to be true." It's because it is. Our experience described below happened in February of 2024: We applied for this property and make about $170k a year. The application fee was almost $400 (so prepare for that) and we applied online. We were surprised to get a denial almost immediately and were confused as to why, since we make a good amount of money compared to the rent and have good and clear credit. We got our credit history reports that the property used to make the decision and it showed that both my fiance and I had fraud alerts and evictions. We both monitor our credits religiously and go above and beyond to make sure our scores don't drop and that we pay our bills early and in full/more than minimum, so we knew right away this was incorrect. We called the property and told them neither of us have any of that on our credit (otherwise we wouldn't have even bothered to apply) and asked what needs to be done to dispute this and have our application reconsidered. We were told that the credit reporting agency is who we dispute these claims through. We went through the lengthy process of calling all our banks and all the credit bureaus to make sure they weren't reporting something that was incorrect. None of them showed fraud or evictions. We call the agency the property uses to make their decisions and they told us they couldn't do anything over the phone, and that we had to dispute it in writing/email. So we did and they got back to us pretty quickly. However, the agency told us "we can not dispute your claim because we aren't showing those claims on your reports." We were also told that the fraud alerts aren't really fraud alerts, that the computer will spit out a fraud alert when there are different names associated the same social security number, such as "first name, last name" and "first name, middle initial, last name". So the fraud alert is essentially useless, but they mark it anyway and the property clearly uses it as a reason to deny people. Basically, we were denied leasing with this property for nothing while taking a hit to our credit and losing money. They eventually refunded us the application fee, but instead of refunding the full amount to the one card it was initially charged to, they required it to be refunded between two separate accounts. If you aren't doing anything shady or fraudulent, why are you refunding money??? Someone somewhere said we had evictions and fraud alerts that we don't have and used it as a reason to deny us leasing. There's definitely something illegal or unethical going on for our experience to be what it is. They just get away with it time and time again because the average person isn't going to question it, they'll just move on and consider it a loss. After all of this, a process that spanned a few weeks, we told the property management team they messed up, and they said they would look into a dispute. We never heard back. Which is a shame too, because we were really excited to live here as the property was perfect for us and what we needed at the time, and we were willing to wait out the corrections that needed to be made to make this place our home. Avoid this place. I don't know what they have going on, but there's no way it's legit.
