Elevate @ 27th Apartments

Elevate has truly been a Blessing for me and my babies. It has everything you would need, a pool lol, updated furniture and appliances, laundry room conveniently on-site, I really like that it's gated and you need a code to enter, makes us feel a little more secure. The apartments are really nice on the inside as they are on the outside. The staff is super friendly and beyond helpful, especially the office manager Ruth. She had made us feel welcome the moment we moved in. She is always willing to work with you. In my personal experience, communicate with her, do not avoid her if you are having rent issues, because she can't help you if she doesn't know what's going on. It really is a nice lil community.. and an upgrade from our last apartment complex. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to call home, whether it's short or long-term.

The Elevate is striving to be what it no longer was. It was a place of no security & homeless coming & going as they please. Now the management has become proactive on it's responsibility to tenants & their families
