    I would like to know who owns this place? I need their number please. This place is so infested with roaches and scorpions When you ask them to fix something that's broken in your apartment they don't do it at all. Plumbing issues and water leaks. I suggest to people Do not rent here at all. They keep having new management here left and right. They also keep raising the rent so much higher. So many people have left this apartment due to bad management and people are struggling to even survive to make it. Welcome to Joe Biden America. I'm sorry but corporations shouldn't own housing it's enough we have problems everywhere else. Do your job people or better yet don't have this Job. We need people who wanna work and help our tenants. Get your priorities straight, disgusting and filthy place. This place isn't worth the price they want here. Unbelievable

    I lived at this place for 3 years and it was a terrible experience. We found at least 10 scorpions in our apartment and cockroaches as well. (Building K) The toilets barely flush. We had maintenance come out to our apartment and they cut a hole in our wall and re painted it twice with the wrong color paint. The washers and dryers are consistently broken. In our time living there, there were 4 different owners. Steve, the maintenance guy that lives onsite in the apartment complex told us that our shower not draining was not an emergency and we had to wait 3 days until a Monday to get it looked at. The front door didn't seal so we were unable to hold cool air which made our electricity very high monthly. When our A/C died in the middle of the summer two years ago, they gave us a swamp cooler and we didn't have it replaced for 11 days. Not once did they offer to put us up in a hotel. The new front office lady is very kind but past front office people were rude. Overall, I suggest you run for the hills instead of living at this apartment complex. There were nothing but problems here and they kept raising our rent yearly.

    EDIT: Ive now lived here over a year with still no issues and prompt maintenance responses. Still no pests. My roommate has since gotten her own parking spot, and we once again have new management but they are once again very attentive and friendly. I love living here and in this great area! Ive been living here for six months with no issues and very prompt responses from management and maintenance. When I moved into the unrenovated apartment I signed for, it had been newly renovated anyway at no expectation of extra cost. I don't know why there are so many complaints about pests; I havent had any issues with roaches or scorpions. In fact, Ive never seen a scorpion on this property at all, and since new management took over, I havent seen outdoor roaches (fairly common in the desert!). Maintenance has responded to all concerns within two days. The staff are very friendly. When I had an issue with an insurance bill, Maria was quick to credit the balance with no hassle or fuss at all. The laundry facilities work great and usually arent too busy. The business center is beautiful and the grounds themselves are beautiful! This complex is in a safe area as well. Management is easy to get ahold of (though more difficult by phone, but I just go to the office since I live here and all). My only pet peeve is the parking situation, which is one covered spot per apartment and new management has said they will not be renting out extra parking spots. That said, my roommate (who takes the uncovered parking) has never not found a parking spot onsite, even in the evenings after work.
