Neighbors all kept to themselves. Some of couples would be arguing at night depending on the building you were in. 2 out of the 6 washers never worked. Only had about 5 dryers and some of them didnt work either. Lots of roaches and calling the exterminator didnt help the issue. Generally a calm complex with children and families. Giving 3 stars because our mold/mildew issues, stove issues and clogged pipes were never resolved. We were always told that the pipes were old and not much could be done about it even though I only wash my color treated hair 2 a week the drain would clog badly. The mold was also never resolved and we all got very sick whilst living here many times. Aside from these issues we enjoyed living here 3/4 years. For the price we paid, things could have been a lot better. They do have newer management/manger and they seem to care more than when we first got there.

DO NOT RENT HERE!! Im a Currrent resident this Place has black mold me and my family get sick often they have some nothing about it but take pictures the managers say they can't do nothing about it. My apt has black mold cutout holes no covers on outlets expose wires has to duck tape the mold and holes around the apt. My dryer been broken for the whole year we lived here the apt laundry room has no dryers that work. We can't use the bbq grills because they keep our pool locked down. Looks can be deceiving because they only maintain the outside.
