    We applied for an ADA Apartment. My family requires a wheelchair. We were denied, for having enough money to pay the Rent, but not having 100 thousand dollars in the Bank. People with Disabilities don't always have that kind of money. Community Manager Nate Schwab is most unpleasant. He discriminates against people with Disabilities and says Derogative remarks to prospective renters, right in front of his Staff! ****You Can Bring Your Dogs**** ****But Don't Have A Disability **** Beware!!

    Ever since the new management team took over, I've encountered several issues with my deliveries at this location. Some packages are being directed to the front instead of the designated mailroom, causing inconvenience and confusion. When I raised this concern, I was informed that it was due to security reasons following reports of stolen packages. However, I find it unnecessary for management to interfere with our deliveries in this manner. My most recent issue involves my Farm Box Arizona delivery, which I've been receiving consistently for months from the same delivery driver. Despite this familiarity, there was a dispute regarding the delivery location and its subsequent disappearance. Despite my efforts to resolve the matter, I was met with dismissive behavior and inadequate compensation. While I appreciate the addition of pictures displayed on the monitors throughout the building as an improvement, there remains a significant lack of clarity and direction in other areas under the new management. Furthermore, I've noticed discrepancies in the charges for services, particularly those I don't utilize. I have not utilized the valet services since moving here late last year, yet I am being charged for them. Additionally, there are charges for trash services without the provision of the required trash can, a situation I know is not unique to me. Additionally, I must highlight the deteriorating conditions of the mailroom and the persistent state of the dog park, which remains unsanitary with overflowing poop bags. The removal of the trolley designated for cardboard boxes has only exacerbated the issue, leaving boxes strewn across the floor. These conditions hardly align with the standards one would expect from a luxury establishment.

    I had a Fabulous Time @ The Adeline Luxury Living. I Loved the modern decor and the hospitality was beyond amazing. I slept soundly on the Comfy Dreamy Mattress. Im sorry I didnt have time to go swimming in the Magnificent Infinity pool. I will definitely soak in the Jetted Hot Tub on my next visit. It is perfectly located in downtown where all the action is. My stay surpassed all expectations. I cant wait to go back.

    For all the people touring and leaving a review without having lived here , here's an honest one from a resident: This place has become a nightmare. They have everything on their side (location, design and amenities - The leasing office has it easy, the building sells itself!) but management is still not able to turn it into a pleasant experience once you become a resident. 1. Elevators are down most of the time. They change the elevator motor every week and I don't remember how many more excuses they create to justify us having to use the stairs. 2. You pay for "reserved" parking spots but end up driving around looking for an open space and even paying on other parking lots because people won't respect it and management does nothing about it. Also forget about having guests because they will have to pay as well. How hard can it be to request ACE parking to have visible signs for residents spots? Management just don't care!!! 3. The building entrances always reek of dog pee. Residents just let their dogs release themselves by the doors and, again, management does nothing about it. 4. The outside windows are always dirty with hard water. This including the balcony glass railings. This is not a rainy day thing, this has always been like this. It's disappointing to see how good the neighboring properties do for their residents while Adeline keeps showing no interest to prioritize theirs. I did my research on PB Bell Management and seems like a very capable company so I guess they 're just not interested in doing their job.

    Recently toured a few buildings in downtown looking for a 2 bedroom apartment. This place by far had the largest units of anything we visited with large walk in closet. Had an outdoor space and pool area with gym.Valet parking was a plus.

Hi Clareth, thank you for the review. We have just recently taken over management from Greystar to P.B. Bell, and we are working hard to turn this community around! We certainly understand the frustrations regarding parking. This past week, we sent a letter to all residents to help improve our parking situation. Unfortunately, guests entering and parking in the garage unauthorized is causing issues, but it's something we're actively working toward. We recently had a two-hour meeting with ACE and they mentioned how much better P.B. Bell has been to work with them.
