I had the worst experience with the management at this apartment complex. Been here for since May and the already went thru staff like crazy. But if it wasn't for Essie with her outstanding customer service and her ability to get these done I would have rated this 1 star and I would have terminated my lease. I’ve called the office multiple times they have not fixed my ac unit. They have came and vacuumed the water and would say it’s fixed and it’s not. My kids have slipped multiple times . It’s miserable. They don’t do their job as professionals this needs new management.

My sister rents a 3bdrm there. She pays $1275.00 a mo. She went to renew her lease Friday. They told her that the new rent was $1625.00 No advance notice. Just said that's what it is. Which is almost a $400.00 increase. That is Ridiculous. They didn't care to discuss her income. Nothin. The managment office is new peoole. They don't know what's going on.

I reside in this apartments. Beware do not move in, horrible management, maintenance do not fix anything for you. You will find yourself with bed bugs and they will bill you for, there are also roaches out in the premises. Rent increases after leese is over. Over 300dls mine was increased.
