I have lived in the apartments for about three years now. I was a tenant when Graystar was the management company. That company had great management staff that worked on the property. The property was well-kept and looked really nice. It was a great place to live. Also, the rent price was comparable now they are trying to ask way above what the apartment is worth. With the change to the new management company, the new staff are very unfriendly. They make you feel unwanted. And with the opening of the new rent office that took five years to open they make you feel like they dont even want you in the new rent office location. The old management would have donuts in the rent office and ask you to come and join them throughout the day this new company they wanna kick you out as fast as you get in there. The main manager of the staff is unfriendly and she treats you very suspicious like. I would not recommend this apartment complex.

This place is going downhill and they aren't doing anything about it. From the lack of management to general manager and the property itself. You would think someone would do something. Plus it isn't worth the rental price. Look elsewhere if you want quiet and pleasant atmosphere for your money. Worthless property manager ever!!
