Trying to get an appointment is very difficult

I like my doctors and the care that I receive while I am there, but they do not handle insurance questions or claims well. You won't know how much something costs until they have done the work, especially when it comes to labs. They don't seem to check whether your insurance covers LabCorp, which is their on-site laboratory.

In my personal experience there were too many inconsistencies and canceled appointments, will not be returning nor would I recommend this location to others with an 8-5 M-F. I had to use paid time off/sick time 2-3 times, all to never been seen by a health care provider aside from my initial appointment. I was contacted by a healthcare professional from a different Adelante regarding my grievances. However, it was too much of a risk to continue with any Adelante locations. Definitely would recommend a local/private practice over Adelante.

How can you have a doctor Nadia that doesn't want to listen to what my needs are I want need a dexcon to control my diabetes. She won't even try my insurance. She doesn't want to help me. Makes me want to places in a formal complaint. This is not my account I dont need back lash.

This is the worst place I ever been I came to do annual check up waited few weeks for an appointment and the doctor spoke only 10 minutes (April Fatina )she had no care about listening to me at all super fake and rushed , calling them is even worst experience rude girls on the phone and never coming back I will find me a foreigner Doctor that actually care and listen not a money collector screw this place
