I was hesitant to write this since it is vulnerable to talk about mental health etc but I think its important to be honest and maybe encourage others to do what they need to do for themselves! First off, the providers/staff here are amazing. ALL of them really care about their patients and what they do. And trust me, Ive asked every annoying question possible and they go above and beyond to validate your concerns, educate and empower you. I will say, I think you get what youre willing to put in. So, if you go in with an open heart and mind, that energy will be matched 100 fold. Im not the same person I was when I started.. all my friends/family have noticed a huge positive difference in me. And I in myself! Really appreciate this unique program and approach! Yall truly gave me hope and made me optimistic about my future. I encourage anyone struggling w mental health or substance abuse to give this program a try.

All staff is great. CBT method approach to therapy very effective. Individual and group sessions. Better than other programs where there isnt consistency.

I come here for depression and anxiety and they help so much with different coping styles. I have never done drugs, but if your even thinking about it, to try to calm yourself, you should come here first so they can help you!! I recommend you to come here the whole staff is awesome
